Shipping Destinations
We proudly offer worldwide shipping to our customers. However, please note that Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s customs department.
Additionally, we do not accept shipments to APO or PO box addresses.

- DHL
- UPS and USPS (for US orders only)

All our leather jackets are made-to-order, allowing us to provide you with a bespoke product tailored to your preferences. Please allow:
- 2-3 business days for processing your order before it is shipped.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within:
- 3-6 business days, depending on your location and the chosen shipping carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments:
- All packages are sent duty unpaid.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s customs department.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact Us Promptly: Notify our customer service team within 5 days of the delivery date.
- File a Claim: Reach out to the shipping carrier (FedEx or DHL) to open a case within 5 days of receiving your package.
Please note: Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Failed Delivery Attempts
For international orders:
- The carrier will attempt to deliver your package multiple times.
- Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to accept the delivery and contact the carrier within their holding period.
- If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery and you do not respond, the package will be destroyed, and no claims will be entertained for such cases.
Exclusions
- APO and PO Box Addresses: We do not ship to these addresses.
- Duty Unpaid: All international shipments are sent without pre-paid duties. Responsibility for any additional charges lies with the customer.
